Having managed project lifecycles from site acquisition through to completion and sales, Clinton has delivered over $250 million in successful developments, consistently achieving strong returns and building lasting industry relationships.

With over 15 years in property and real estate—spanning sales, development, marketing, and leadership—Clinton brings a unique blend of ground-up experience and entrepreneurial grit. From starting as a trainee at the very start of the GFC in 2008 to founding and scaling Couture Realty, Clinton has built a career rooted in results, self-reliance, and continuous improvement. Across his time in both structured real estate environments and his own businesses, Clinton uniquely evolved his negotiation skills and sales process to deliver a premium result on his chosen projects.

As Co-Owner and Project Manager, Clinton has led developments valued between $3M–$10M. From managing complex budgets and contractor teams to securing approvals and driving marketing campaigns, he brings strategic oversight, practical insight, and financial discipline to every project.
